1)All warranties are with the manufacturer. Any defective items will be remedied by the manufacturer and NOT this store.
2)All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, you must contact this store by email within 48 hours of product delivery to receive a return authorization number. DO NOT return merchandise without a return authorization number . All return shipments without a return authorization number will NOT be accepted.
3)If any items are on backorder, you will be notified. You will be given a choice to either wait for the item to become available, or receive a full refund on the backordered item.
4)When your order ships, you will be notified by email with a tracking number(if available) so that you may track your order.
